The ferries follow one of the world's most scenic coastlines with an abundance of wildlife. From the verdant rain forests along the Inside Passage of south east Alaska to the pretty port of Bellingham, the journey is an unforgettable experience. The ferry system also operates in Northwest Alaska from Valdez to Dutch Harbour in the Aleutian Island chain. There are many possible itineraries, here is a sample.
