BOOKING CONDITIONS

The tour is operated by Journeys Worldwide Pty Ltd, herewith called “the Company”, and bookings are accepted subject to the following conditions:

1. A booking is accepted after the Company receives a deposit of $300.00 per person and a completed Booking Form and has issued a confirmation account to the client.
2. This program is issued on the sole responsibility of the Company and has been compiled with reasonable care. It is not issued on behalf of, and does not imply endorsement by, any airlines whose flights form part of the tour arrangements. Considerable care has been taken to compile the information in this brochure but circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes in itinerary or hotels.
3. Completion and signing of the Booking Form will be taken as an understanding by the Company that the participant has read and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
4. An interim payment of $700.00 is required prior to 31 March 2005, and the balance is due no later than 16 December 2005.
5. After confirmation of a booking the following cancellation charges will apply. Advice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Company.
• Cancellation up to 31 December 2004: full refund.
• Cancellation from 01 January 2005 and up to 31 March 2005: loss of deposit.
• Cancellation from 1 April 2005 and prior to 16 December 2005: $500.00 pp.
• Cancellation up to three months prior to departure: 25% of tour cost.
• Cancellation up to one month prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
• Cancellation within one month of departure: 100% of the tour cost.
6. I have read and understood all of the above booking conditions.
